Reading War reports - how to tell speed?

When reading a war report how can I tell if a person has max speed?

Thanks!

Re: Reading War reports - how to tell speed?

Look at how much the enemy unit move forward each turn. Then you can tell how much speed they have relative to the base speed of the unit. For example if cats move forward 100 each turn then they have a combined speed of 100.

Regardless of their exact speed, you just need to know how much your units move forward each turn and if you move further, then you are faster.
