News Building

Hi, I'm just starting out and need a little help. I searched the forum and didn't find an answer to this question.

The news building has a fire on the top and I can't seem to figure out why. Does that indicate that I am under attack? Any help or a link the information about the news tower is greatly appreciated!!!

The flame is there to indicate that there is a new news item. If you tap on the tower and exit, the flame should go away. Or at least, thats what it does on iOS devices.
