Mabey instead of muting ppl when ur lurking just let them know yours there watching and mabey no one will need to be muted. Yes there are those ppl who don't care and depending on the situation are multiple offenders. But still need to give a reason why that person was muted so the new haypi players will learn from that persons mistake and are aware of the rules and it usually comes better from an expert then a "regular" player. I'm not bashing just giving my personel haypi opinion since I've seen it done before and the expert dosent give a reason and it actually makes WC worse. Let me know if I have a valid point or just rambling 

Ummmmmm... Most of the time when new servers come in world chat is terrible, and stuff like that, so I'm pretty sure the new servers jsut get new troublemakers, not really ones that move from other servers
