I have downloaded a free app and i even played it for a while. When i first click get app, it says ''you will receive ur reward shortly'' but it never came

nvm, i updated the app and it works fine now

I also did something to get free coins and have reloaded it multiple times and still have not received any coins what should I do

When you download app to earn free Haypi in game coins, please note that you should login in with a certain Haypi account, download a certain app and run it on your device, and re login with the same Haypi account to get Haypi coins. Please don't switch account or switch device in the whole process.
