Unable to buy coins.

I try buying the coins using paypal. The transaction goes successfully and then I receive an error like UNKNOWN ERROR 1 and I got no coins. I try two times one with 50$ package and other one is of 20$ package.

the time and date when the purchase has been made;
your full name;
email address registered to your paypal account;
transaction id (very important)
