network connection

Hi, since a few days i get always the same message:"Please cheack your network connection and try again" when i enter the chat. But the main thing is, the chat is loading correctly and i can read an type messages into it! And every time the chat refreshes i get the same failure message, thats annoying!!!! What can i do?

1. try restarting the app
2. try reinstalling the app
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

then there is obviously something wrong with your connection or it wouldnt keep popping up
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

But i can play normal like upgrad, lvling, trade!! just the chat keeps saying: connection error and afte the message i can see all chat messages!

does the check network connection dissapear after you click ok or does it keep coming back?
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

I keeps coming back after every refresh, but the chat loads and works correctly i just have to press ok every 5 seconds -.-

hmm thats a toughie i guess youve already emailed support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com. there are no other options available that i can think of that may solve this problem

no problems. im sorry i couldnt do more.


when you restarted the app did this include removing it from multitasking?
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
