Why ? (bug report)

a few of the bugs/problems i have encountered:
1. Performance goes down after a short time
this has nothing to do with the amount of RAM. I am developer and don't tell me this answer ... if it would be a RAM issue it would be there right from the start. No it is a problem with your implementation. Please resolve this. Memory Leaks - and nothing else it is - are bugs - bugs of the most basic kind.
2. Chat crashes
everytime i go into chat or change between wc/ac and private i have to fear a complete crash of the game. I cannot say when or why that happens. i can only say that wc crashes least, ac/wc quite often. And again this is no RAM problem. If i would guess i would say it is a deadlock problem perhaps paired with memory leaks.
3. private chat is unusable
if you implement a private chat, please make sure that i can see the messages of the person i select and not all. i mean it is quite senseless if i see every messages i get and the player selection is only for whom i sent messages to. please filter the private messages by the player i select.
4. command crashes
while commanding it happens quite often that my game crashes. mostly if i try to command a part of my troops, while the round is about to finish. well if it is a problem that the command page opens while the fight situatin gets refreshed, then deactivate the command button while refreshing at least. better if you could prevent the crash at all.
5. action list 1
switching to the action list and waiting to be able to command is often a problem. the countdown goes to zero and the "callback" button won't switch to "command" . i could wait for twenty seconds (which is nearly the complete first round) and nothing happens. Only way around is to leave the list and go back into the list. then the command button is there and i can command ... but i lose crucial time doing so ... annoying
6. action list 2
if i have two attacks going on or my alliance get attacked or attacks while i attack, it happens that, when the time for my army to arrive is up, the list refrehes and it takes up to twenty seconds till the list is finished refreshing. this costs the first round to command, which is not acceptable. the list refreshes and refreshes again and again ... and again and i cant command
7. general chat
the list of the chat entries is sometimes not scrollable to the end. the last lines are not visible and when i try to scroll down the list always go back to "a few lines before the end"
8. chat general 2
i think it is pretty senseless to keep all the chat messages in memory and in the list. you should reduce that to the messages of the last hour or only the last 200 messages, since i cannot scroll up without instantly being scrolled down to the end of it (or see point 7 short above the end). either you let me scroll that i can read older messages again or reduce the amount of messages
9. general chat 3
i think it would be better to push the messages to the client instead haveing the client request the messages every few seconds. the chat would go more smoothly
10. Mailbox
please change the mailbox from html to something more performant. longer war reports (more than ten rounds with turrets and traps in it take ages to load.
11. mailbox 2
please let me delete messages and let me keep some more important ones permanently
11. oasis list
the oasis list is not sorted. every time i open the list the order of the listed oasis is different. which can lead to resign the false one. please bring order to chaos for this list.
12. performance in general
with every version of the game the performance got worse (except for removing the animations from the town screen *thumbs up for this*)
13. no crop indicator for cities (if crop consumption is negative or positive)
14. some city names prevent scouting
it seeems that cities with returns or special letters in it prevents using the enter button ... no scouting possible
15. city list
the res stats in the city list is not nearly up-to-date. to check the crops of my city i have to visit every city ... instead looking at the city list.
16. selling res
i don't know if this is fixed or not, but on a german system the selling of res didn't work. the reason is the different culture settings for writing numbers. i change my language settings of my phone to english and all works fine. with german settings the prices i could sell res for where way above (like min 12 per unit).
that are the problems/bugs i just typed out of memory. if you want a more detailed list please write to me
