Panthers
For Panthers.
Smilie-faces have been disabled in an attempt to keep a professional atmosphere.
Panthers is a "branch alliance" of Hounds (although Hounds has fallen to rank 24 in the first few hours of the existence of Panthers). We went from rank 141 to 61 to rank 10 in a total of 11 minutes. We basically trimmed the fat off of Hounds and basically took some steroids.
The acception rate of members who apply to Panthers is much lower than Hounds.
Here are the current requirements:
TITLE 4 OR HIGHER
*VERY active - If you do not remain active and are not logged in after extended periods of time, you will be removed. Without notation, usually.
*VERY loyal - You must respect other Panthers, the alliance itself, the Leadership (Leader, Vice Leaders), and yourself. If someone has a doubt about your loyalty, they will notify a Higher-up. If the evidence is substantial, you will be ejected from the alliance and (possibly) repeatedly attacked until the Loyalty of all of your cities is reduced to 0.
Loyalty (to Panthers) ties into bravery.
*VERY brave - If you are called upon for battle, advice, etc., and you do not respond (we'll understand if your device was taken away or you were at camp or something) for an extended period of time, you will be ejected, attacked, etc.
*Friendly - Don't be an a**. I don't really care if they "started it". You should have been the mature one and "ended" it. Help someone to the best of your ability. If you don't know the answer, do your best to refer them to someone that does (preferably another member of Panthers).
This alliance might be different than other alliances. It's not un-common to get around 6-10 Alliance Letters a DAY from Leadership. However, we do try and trim the fat of our messages (it doesn't always work out that well. Just look at this post).
I, the Leader, try to stay as, or more active, than my Vices. It also won't be uncommon to have different Vices. There are a LOT of great members and a lot of them deserve Vice Leader roles. If one Vice is lacking, even a little bit, he might be removed. However, not permanently.
