an extra tab called War Reports where alliance members can see any attacks and plunders from other player not forts or woods etc

Nice idea, I've seen this on other games and this could be really helpful... Maybe restrict access of who can see the war reports down to only vices and leaders to prevent spy abuse?

This is an excellent idea along with digits, it would be pretty cool.

Spamming in letters box is part of the game, alliance should just see player1 attacked player2
