Server maintain and compensation

Im very upset about s92's support because he did server maintain without any message. That time, I sent my all troops to lvl7 fortified point. But because of that reason, I can't control while battle. I sent screencapture to supporter's E-Mail but he hasn't answered about that for TWO DAYS. Please read this and answer to me. I want haypi kingdom's supporter to restore my troops and compensation about this accident.
