I think it would be good to add a sent items tab in letters, I've lost count of how many times Ive sent a letter but couldn't remember if I did or not. Also to keep track of important alliance letters etc.
Another problem I normally have is that someone took a while to reply to me and I can't remember what i said to them, the little two line preview isnt enough.
