Doh's ideas.

Alliance chat: it would be good to be able to concede access to alliance chat to selected non-alliance players. This would reinforce inter-alliance diplomacy and liven up AC for those alliance chats which lack activity. Also would create a stronger bond between alliances and their sub alliances.

Alliance announcement page. It is currently impossible to see another alliance's page if you are in an alliance. Also alliance pages are too short. Extra information, such as allied alliances and foes could be placed here there is a great deal of diplomacy going on in Haypi and no instruments to support it.

Alliance symbols. If every alliance was allowed to have a symbol, as an icon uploaded by leader, it would be easy to display such symbols on map and even next to player names I'm world chat and Forum. Easier to know who you are dealing with and also to spot ppl with no alliance. Same thing be said with civ level. If I see player "bartos" with an alliance symbol and "13" next to him, I get a pretty clear picture of him. Also, I don't have to click out of chat just to locate him on map and get that same info.
