I liked everything but #5. if you have a problem with your leader than jump ship and go somewhere else. I am a huge supporter of the more ranks in the alliance. This ides could be in support of my idea where I said leaders an vice leaders could mute members from alliance chat for no more than a day. So the leader could promote 2 vices or however many who would be able to do everything they normally coulding plus mute members. Then you could have some sort of lieutinants who would only be able to accept members in the alliance and delete members or something. It's just an idea.

I like how it brings everyone together, sometimes alliances break because the higher level needs help but lower levels just can't make a dent versus enemy attackers.

However I do oppose the troops garrisoning tactic which I think is what you suggested in 1 & 2 (correct me if I'm wrong). There was a thread posted about garrisoning troops a while back and as I said then you could put a limit on the amount of members/troops allowed to garrison your member's city but it could lead to the point where you are sending 10k cats to attack someone that has perhaps 5k cats (sure win right?) but their allied member could garrison perhaps 10k cats in there making it a 15k cats vs 10k cats battle which is a bit unfair. It's hard work keeping 10k cats alive and fed imagine the numbers of cats you would need to attack a level 17 who originally has 30k cats and could get 10k + cats support from member. Virtually unbeatable in my opinion (would be a wicked fun battle though). Plus I don't know about you guys but when I was levelling up I envied people with 10k cats, they virtually flies around the map and kill most people with troops out. It would be ashame to undermine the efforts everyone goes through to make and maintain those cats. There could be a cap perhaps 2k cats help only and only 1 member able to help defend. Losing battle would lead to double prestige loss or coefficient set at 1 instead of normal coefficient (or may be at 2 so its fair on the higher levels as well as the lower level defender).

I'm not bashing it's constructive suggestions because I do really like your idea :)

I'm honestly really glad you pointed that out, as I hadn't thought of it in that light before. I definitely agree that there should be a cap of troops garrisoned but I have a question for you as well, would there be caps put on other typed of troops and if so what would it be? I understand that since this isn't your thread you may not have gone into huge detail but if we're going to incorporate it into the plan I need to know these things. Also, would you prefer to make it so you could ATTACK with a cap, or just simply keep it as a defense only strategy.

Anyway, Truth I would like to answer your question as well; and the alliance market definitely would go with the world market making it necessary for items to be sold there in order to keep your alliance market low as well. The whole rebellion in an alliance thing seems like it need some clarification; do you remember what happened to the lords on S6? We were a huge alliance but our leader had become inactive. Now if we were going to keep our, well I'm not sure how to put it so I'll just say our position as a widely respected alliance, we would like to keep the same name. It wouldn't be as original or intimidating of our alliance was "The Lords 2" or something like that. Just becaause the leader is inactive or something doesn't mean you should have to "jump ship" you should be able to do something about it. Anyway, I'm glad you said what you wanted and I hope I didn't seem too harsh. Just wanted to let you know that while you were on the right track, you were slightly detailed if you know what I mean.

Anyway, definitely keep the constructive criticism coming. I enjoy it and it helps make these ideas more suited for the Haypi General Public.
