Taxes

You should be able to "tax" your workers. I played a game a while ago, and it worked like this:

You could raise or lower your tax rates. Your tax rate effected a happiness meter. Higher taxes = less happy workers. Less happy workers = slower workers. Slower workers = longer build/training time.

Just another suggestion ^_^

So you get a set hourly income, if you choose to increase it build times take longer?

No. I didn't get this idea from Haypi gameplay.
