Acc name and city name change

maybe just for changeing city name and to make it not abused and used as dirty tactics , you should only be able changeing a cities name after haveing it for at least a week

Solution: Pay for a Nickname. It only Shows up On the map but it doesn't change your name so people can still find you.

Change acc name, No. Its what people know you by. people would abuse it and use it to spy and other people wouldnt know the difference. But yes to changing city name. Like i took a city and it was named "zamtastic"...
