Chat Restrictions

I feel that as a leader of an alliance and a former vice leader of an alliance, alliance leaders and their vices should have the chat timer restriction taken off without VIP. Because I constantly use coins to level up, I never have enough for VIP, and I definitely to not have the money to pay for coins. So, if you support this idea please say so in this thread 

there was talk of no 15 seconds delay for anyone but i have not heard any further news on this.
in my personal opinion though people who buy coins need perks, if you want to chat unrestricted get VIP, if you dont want to pay for it get it via the free coins, if you dont want to do that as you need the treasures, use money to get the treasures instead. they are unlikely to change it, coins help you if you buy them, if you dont you have to deal with it...

This wouldnt help at all, unless it was only in alliance chat, because then anyone could just make their own alliance and get unrestricted chat for free

The chat delay used to be 30 seconds :/. So pretty much what Nathan said, coin buyers should have some perks
