problems

popullarity contest on the server can make other experts look/feel bad
global mods would almost certainly win on the server they are in they seem to have a legendary status among there servers already

if it was done as a all server thing it would be whichever server voted the most as most people only have the experience of one servers experts

So shouldn't this thread either be locked or moved to Off-Topic for the umpteenth time
