Bandits
i don't know about every one Else's experience but i always hunt after i'm done playing.. this is great.. protects your army, get money for hunting and possible treasure. So why would i want to change that? the fact is that after a certain point the game becomes overrun with resources. People selling obnoxious amounts of stuff doe .03g each and build massive army that hey.. are not available to attack. What I'm suggesting as that towns, oasis, and forts that are unprotected can become occupied by the computer were the resources coming in or going out can be intercepted. in addition to this i think that army out hunting should occasionally get attacked by an army sized depending on the level of oasis.. so if a level 3 has his 100 infantry wandering around a level 9 oasis they may not come back.. or they will come back with much improved gold/treasure rates. this would keep more of peoples total army distributed so that if people want to PVP they don't have to travel 2-3 hours to find a worthy opponent of might have 1k prestige to steal, rather they can travel 9 mins and attack some one who has an army worth attacking
over all this suggestion would Raise the prices of materials, force player to invest more in defense and upgrading of citys. And lower the overall troop numbers because high levels wont be able to send out 10k infantry to hunt every night and come back to a bunch of gold to grow that army even bigger. I'm all for being players being the undisputed highest levels, however i'm my little patches of land there are 10-12 people to attack most all of which have no army to attack.
let me know what you guys think, and don't think of your own army dieing think of how it would improve the game overall. i know i would be choked if my army got a large chunk taken out of it, and probably leave it at home most of the time, which means that im not making money off of that time, however would mean i have less money over all and the very low prices wouldn't be sustainable
this idea doesn't have to be implemented together but it's some ideas i have for keeping the market competitive and making PVP more involving.
