Civilisations

An element which could be introduced to haypi is the idea of choosing a civilisation , perhaps some civilisations do things which others can't and each have their own strengths and weaknesses , could be an intresting addition to the game !

That would almost be considered Copying Storm8 games.

Many games are based on that premise. Whether it is civilization or character type (warrior, mage, rogue, etc), the concept is the same. I wouldn't consider Storm8 as cornering that market.

Either way, it is a decent idea. You may need to eloborate on it a bit more though.

I don't really see this happening, haypi kind of let's you do this with your general, in some games you cant reset skill points, plus you get to choose what type of army you make, and each one has it's advantages and disadvantages
