Re: Forum notifications

There might be something like this on the main screen that says 'view unread posts' or something, Arythy would probably know and tell you if you asked him :)

Re: Forum notifications

On the top of every single page of the forums is a link that says this: "View your posts." Click this, and it shows every single thread that you have posted on; if there has been a new post, the thread will have a blue (or red for prosilver) image next to it. If you want to see all threads that have had a post without you looking at it, go to the main page and click "View unread posts."

Have fun! :D

(note: there is a way to do what you suggest called "Subscriptions," however the admin of these boards has not enabled it. What has been recently enabled, however, is a similar feature called "Bookmarks." To bookmark a topic, scroll down to the bottom of any thread and click the link that says "Bookmark topic," and at any time you can see the threads you bookmarked from a convenient place in the UCP.)

Actually this feature is not present in the CA Black mode. Not that I can find anyway. You can view all your posts through the user control panel, but you cannot see if there are new posts or not.

They should definitely add the "view your posts" button to CA black if they can.

Re: Forum notifications

I use CA Black because Prosilver hurts my eyes too much... and I usually look over almost every section and every topic anyhow so it's not really a big deal for me...
anyhoo if you want to check a topic multiple times just copy the link and send it to yourself in a private message or sticky note it
