Reports and map

Simple suggestion. Why not put a link to the point on the map where you just scouted? Scout report should give you a button to press to go straight to those coordinates once you have successfully scouted, so you can then attack/hunt etc without having to save a favourite point.

Would be so much quicker and easier!

Re: Reports and map

This would make things quicker and easier, and has been suggested numerous times in the past. All we can do is hope that this might be implemented some time in the future. :) I know I am.

Or you can type in the coords manually...

But then you have to remember the Coords or write them down, defeating the entire point.

Re: Reports and map

Remembering coords of the city is not hard... It's at most 6 numbers, and it's split up into 2 sections XXX:XXX, which the brain can handle with ease

Just check where you scouted and remember 2 3 digit numbers for 5 seconds... Not to hard in my opinion

Re: Reports and map

What I do is scout 10-15 cities, look at all the reports, and delete all the no-good ones as I go along; then I take the ones that are good for attacking and just use the coordinates listed at the top of the page to do the initial attack. If you really need to have the coordinates listed on the map itself, however, you can always save them temporarily (I haven't had access to the game recently, I think it's called "bookmarking" the coords) like players do with their favorite forts to farm.

Re: Reports and map

I kind of like this idea. Maybe the cordinates could be highlighted and you click on them and it'd bring you straight to the spot on map. Yes, you can type it in manually but sometimes it takes a little bit longer also if you're on a server with a lag. Either way, if this ever happened it would be a nice update although not necessary.

That's exactly what I do :)

It's called "favoriting" I think, because it's a favorites list, but it's basically the same thing ;) that's where I keep my oasis so they are easy to retake

Re: Reports and map

Exactly. And sorry for the misnaming, I haven't been able to go ingame for ages. :(

Re: Reports and map

Seems like an addition that would lag the game a bit more :/
I do exactly the same thing but I scout about 20 in each run.
Anyways...
Don't support this idea because of the first line.
