Unban Kaosowner

For 3 weeks he has has a chat ban for saying what's we've all felt.

That were not being listened to!

Funny that now your not listening to any of us when it comes to this matter!

I've lost count on the number of letters I've sent support about this that have been ignored!

I'm asking for support from players not just to have Kaosowner unbanned from chat, but to also post if you too are fed up with being ignored!

How long are we going to wait for you to respond about the map delay, problems with alliance wars and lost alliance troops, lost armies, missing friends.

I call for major changes or I want my coin back!

My advice, try lettering them more nicely and with screenshots. That's the best I can do sorry

How did he express what he felt? If he used inappropriate language, vulgarness, spammed, etc. I doubt he will be un-banned.

let me make a small comment,

1. i dont support you at all
2. if he got banned then there was a reason. support dont ban people for saying what they think, or id have been banned ages ago.
3. if you have evidence contradictory to the ban send that in to support and it will be dealt like that.
4,. bringing issues like this into a public view never end well as it is always going to be handled privately between the banned player and support of that server,
5. third parties in issues with bans is never helpful as they just get in the way so allow kaosowner and his support to discuss the issue rather than allowing a third party like yourself to be involved

The reason for his ban seems to be for posting his opinion on the game and getting support on it.

It was also advised that another server all band together and refused to make use of the mines which started off as posts on the forum against the upgrade.

How to get contradictory evidence? How do you even get confirmation on WHY you were chat banned in the first place!?

He has been sending letters to support for almost 1 month and they just tell him they will bring it to the attention of their leader to get looked at. No one has even TOLD him why he was chat banned.

If they won't even respond to his request to be advised why, then I say, they have to take some action if a "third party" like myself and my alliance each send them a letter every day until they at least give him a reason and give an eta on the ability to be able to make use of the chat facility once again!

50 letters a day on the same subject will start to get annoying soon and we may even get given a reason WHY it happened at all!

yes 50 letters a day they will just take as spam and delete them all and ignore them. you havewnt been given a reason so there is obviously a reason you are just presuming that you know the reason. all things support withh take time. your patience is very much appreciated.

It may help if this person would put some effort into getting unbanned... Unless secretly he deserves it?

1) Haypi never says why some people are get banned
2) They don't care of what you say. Haypi will create new servers and fool the new players while the olders will quit. Haypi doesn't care if old players are quitting, Haypi will get money from new players
3) Don't spam, you will waste your time
4) Support won't answer you, no matter if you spam or not
5) I don't think they have ever unbanned people

I can't say my opinion because I don't know what happened, and even you don't.
