Hidden attacks

When you send a hidden attack, you might be hiding it from them but you know you are sending it right? so why is it hidden to myself aswell

Your hidden attack only shows up on your actions list, not on main screen. There have been suggestions to make your own hidden attacks more visible so you dont forget about the attack.
