Party Chat

I dont know if this idea has already been suggested but here we go. I think there needs to be a fourth chat for those who only want to talk to a select few. One person would start the chat and would be responsible for inviting others to it. This could also be helpful if the leader of an alliance wants to talk to his vices all at once and not have to pm them individually or send them letters.
