Color suggestion...

Maybe have experts' chat posts be a different color? Or change the color of the title to be more distinguishable from VIP? Because sometimes my warnings/advices/etc. get lost in the vast expanse called world chat. Just a thought...

Purple! Or dark green. Support is light green, so people will know they're in trouble if they see green on the screen

What about if haypi makes a special command for experts, like...
::warning ______ this would say, make the person only allowed to speak once each 1 minute for non VIP's and with VIP's 30 seconds? There is this idiot on my server who every time he's not muted he spams the entire wc by spacing it all up. He gets muted after a while (about 10 minute) and I have him blocked so I don't get his messages, but others may not know the trick about block and also I still get the spaces where people have spoken and its extreeemely annoying! May I suggest that VIP's also aren't allowed to speak for an ammount of time after saying... about 5 chats.
