I suggest that Haypi Respond....

Whats the point of having an email to contact if nobody replies?

I complained yesterday and i have not had a responce and Im not really happy about it

So who is running this? surely someone can check the mails and deal with my issue and respond to my mail.

S63 and no doubt every other server needs YOU HAYPI to respond to the Nomination page for experts...

My suggestion is close down every nomination thread for each server. Pick every name on the nominations and put them up for a vote system ( to which i know is available on these boards as ive run one myself) 1 week from date of Vote starting and Hey Presto u have a winner of Expert.

WE NEED EXPERTS (MORE OFF THEM)... dont waste our time with pointless threads...

A "voting system" would be a terrible idea. Many players ask for votes or vote for themselves on alternate accounts. Also, one player may have 50 votes, but support chooses experts very carefully. They don't pick purely on votes. They Do a lot of research of their own to see if they'd be suitable. If a "voting system" were incorporated many many players that are not ideal for the role of expert would be given it and all would become chaos.

and in the meantime we have to put up with people swearing and referin in sexual mannor towards and in front of potential children players>>>?

Im not being funny but im really keen on this issue being sorted because it should be a priority if conversations like this are takin part in a chat thats for all ages.

We do have expert but ppl dont live online so we need more!

Just wait a Short while and eventually older experts will be imported into your server or New experts will be chosen. Please just be patient a lot of thought goes into the choosing of new experts

Kelb experts are hard choices.

Support make a rash decision and everyone complains of a power basing expert.

Make to long and you complain you haven't got an expert .

Then you need o take into account
People need to have knowledge
Active (not just for the one week they find fun )
Players respect then
They are mature


So now you see support have to balance all thi out hence why expert timed can vary on pickin them.
