Sorry to correct the noobiness but that is alliance rank which is why you get spies (another topic altogether), what I am talking about is the ranking system you see when you click the little trophy on your main toolbar. Its annoying when you are hunting for people to attack and you have to keep clicking back and forth from trophy to world map just to find someone to scout/destroy
