I like this idea for the device ban the experts are going on about.

I've heard the device ban ability was denied by admin. Possibly if we had head experts in each server, they could be trusted with this ability?
Get things done a little faster?

Just a suggestion.

Definitely not something that should be trusted in anyone's hand but support. Experts are players that can be trusted but in the end they are human lets remember that. Support is also human but there is another element involved since they aren't involved directly with in game drama or friendship so they have less of a biased opinion. Procedures are fine the way they are for the most part. Few kinks here and there but hey no game is perfect just striving for it

Honestly, if we just had more people not voting on popularity, and more on who deserves it, then we would have a lot less problems.

Okay umm we will pick the expert that is most trusted and they already had to be trusted in order to become expert so then it wil be near impossible for the head expert not be good. And it wouldnt be a popluarity contest because its a game and ppl dont know who everyone is in rl life

Experts should not b based on popularity most helpful ppl that try to help chat stay clean r hated not popular there for sometimes experts get appointed by popularity(look at s3 they have like 10 experts that don't do anything <.<

And then what if said 'head expert' causes trouble?
Experts answer to Admin and I think that's more than enough. Why add another rung in the ladder?
