implent a cap on declaring war on lower lvls

My concern is keeping new players in the game. You have your die hard fans to your just figured out how to play and struggling to survive players. earlier today this one player lvl 10 took joy and pillaging a lvl 3 after he had asked for advice in world chat cause he lost his forces in trying to obtain an oasis to boost productivity. i know bad call!! but most inactive players are those who's protective time has expired and refuse to continue after so many invested hours. its an on going trend.

What server are you on?

where all new players go server 13 no?!?! tried to get into s6 with a friend but was sent to 13. must be the unlucky 13. went to world chat and suggested this topic, my wife and i agree on the issue. its going to take alot more than two disgruntled players to change anything. and we have accepted the fact we are newbs geting pwned.

the cap thing should be similiar to the one in the iphone game mafia. dont remember the exact way but it kept it challenging and able to progress. i lost that game when i upgraded to iphone4 and refused to pay the transfer fee.

Sry I don't like this idea most inactivs r lvl 3-7 n if u put a cap on that there would go alot of free recorses. There r easy ways to avoid getting attacked or if attacked to lose nothing!
1. Always hunt troops(most players attack for prestige
2. Send a NICE letter to the person attacking u. Do not threaten ask them politly.
3. When leaving the game get rid of extra recorses that might get a high player to attack u
4. If a player keeps attacking u then build traps and upgrade ur crannery really high that way he will get no prestige he will kill none of ur troops and ur traps will kill some of his troops(not many probably but he will gain nothing by attacking u)
repeat these steps n u will do fine !Remember! To hunt troops!

Odd i've typed this three times and it doesnt appear.

I dont deny haypi doing a swell job because countless people have several accounts over the servers. my concern is the plateau effect of a person who just starts will never catch up to one already established. this lack of progression is a good reason why people stop playing as you can see by all the inactives. I've observed its usually the diehard fans, a trickle of regulars, and alot of new players who will join the inactives. With a cap in place it forces more competetion amongst same lvls. it also opens the window of opportunity for the lower levels to catch up and continue playing. The best defense truly is a great offense which is impossible lvl4 to a lvl10. even if i were to focus on defense its a war of attrition in that case.i admit im not an avid player but it just seems that the strong stay strong while the newbs struggle to catch up

um, alot of people get mad when they get attacked by higher lvls (even though there r plenty of ways to stop it as stated above^^^) and i dont think he was talking directly to u <.<

No I wasn't talking to u jus saying anytime I attack a lower lvl I got a letter full of cuss words. Besides ur not going to get into top 50 (or at least stay in top 50) if u don't buy coins anyways so I really don't see the point of having a cap. I started it a server with lvl 7-10 around me. I made truces n did wut I sed above it works.
