LVL 21!

great idea but i think it shouldnt be implemented until top player is actually already level 20 or at least level 17.
certainly shouldnt be implemented in the first 3-4 weeks of a server opening. Its very easy to get top spot in the first few weeks and the player who is first right at the start usually ends up outside the top 25 once the ranks settle down. This shows that at the start there is already plenty of competition and with how easy it is to rank up at the start a bonus incentive would be unneccesarry

Yep. I totally agree with you. It's just in more...dead servers...it would be nice to get a reward.

Yeah, extra level will be good in some way but once you start then where do you stop? right now level 20 is already a completely unrealistic goal for vast majority of the players, adding new and better battle, chating and alliance features will do much more to keep people playing than to add more levels.

I think its a great idea, chat should be more lively too because more people have reason to be more active.

I don't think that would be very fair as that would just mean he's going to stay #1.

maybe being number 1 could have a disadvantage and an advantage, ie one more attacking slot and one less uprgade slot

Only thing there is that the top ranked player probably will already be completely upgraded, or at least not need to be in enough of a hurry to do the last few upgrades. My point is one less upgrade slot would not be much of a handicap at high lvls. But I do like the idea of the top ranked player having something extra. Maybe his/her oasis don't drop levels? That way they'd have a little break after their quest to the top.
