How to encourage more war and less hiding

I understand that idea, and in many respects agree with the idea. However there are to many holes for feeders or for people with multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages..

No, it would encourage abuse. For instance, 2 friend kept having war at each other, they both will gain pres. Afterall, everyone wins, no loss here. The only difference between winner and loser is amount earned.

This possible abuse would make thing much more complicated and hard to ensure that people don't abuse. Which results in people gain pp rapidly, achieving KOK with ease.

What would they do after getting KOK? Most KOK would quit haypi as it's like "Ok, I've achieve KOK, I've completed the game and I'm done with it". This will cause much more people quitting haypi in the long run.
