Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

The thread is titled my views/suggestions on haypi, so shouldnt every one of my views/suggestions should be on topic?

If you want me to make a thread for every single suggestion i will but im not a post bunny, i dont normally have any more than 500 posts on any forum i go on, but that doesnt mean i dont read and contribute any less than someone with 2k posts.

But then again if its posts you want i calculated i could get about 2k posts in an hour if you wanted, but im sure you wouldnt.

these are tributes to winners of haypi competitions, they should stay in remembrance

But they are not important and just annoying to see them on every subject, maybe just show them on the board index.

Or do you just want to copy every bit of text i have typed and just paste it in one post on a new thread. Which seems pointless.

So going back a bit:

Whats wrong with making oases replenish troops like forts?
But quicker, maybe over an hour?

so that way you dont have to attack an oasis once to clear it forget to resign an oasis and attack again and have to fight the same troops.

Make it follow the rules of the game more, no barracks can produce that many troops that fast. (other than a coin rushed barracks)

and if you have already killed the troops once from the same oasis there is no reason why you shouldnt do the same again, but i have on 2 occasions lost my whole army attacking the same oasis but losing connection 1/2 way through a battle i have a screenshot of a loading screen with -6 on the timer.

I couldnt do anything for 1 round, which meant that their cats attacked mine and i lost.

The first time i didnt even know that oases replenished troops at all becuase i attacked an oasis, thought well there is no way that any more troops can exist in that oasis becuase i justs cleared it, but there was, obviously.
And no matter how many guides i read there was nothing to say that that would happen.

yet there are guides on troop replenishment on forts.

Another suggestion: maybe some sort of mass report delete, i get so many farming reports, i just want to delete them all, but i find it hard to delete more than 2 at a time becuase of the lag.

But i do not want to delete any of my player mail.

Its also annoying when you say buy 10k of crop in small amounts of less than 1k, so you look at mail and you have like 15 trade reports.

I was recently conducting an alliance vote that lasted 24 hours. I collected the mails and made a tally, but these mails were lost in reports of trade a war.

I am active enought that i can take 50 people mails, and 50 war report mails and 50 trade reports in 1 day and not lose any information i need. But It would have been easier to just delete every war and trade report by mass as there might have only been 1 or 2 i needed to look at. It takes about 2 minutes a time to delete unwanted mails.
And if i didnt i would have lost important votes.

I think the game can be quite hard to navigate. As i am normally one of the first people to break rank 4 i immediatly go looking for rank 3s and 4s near me, so i search the ranks, looking for peoples names, But some people have their names spelt wrong, like me ;) but that makes it hard reading the name and remembering all the numbers, then going on the map and typing it in to see where they are.
It would be easier if there was a way to center their main city from ranks, and mails.
As i get people mailing me, i want to know if they are testing my activity so i center their city.

people have routines but most dont i know i dont cos i stay up till 5am at least1-2 times a week to confuse people,

I often have troops in my city, but that doesnt mean that if someone warps over to me attacks me they wont get any pres. I always mail the person who i plan to attack before i attack them if it is going to be an important battle. you need to catch them offline, even if its just to destroy their defences.
So next time you fight they have low lv turrets.

But tactics you use answer mails at 5 am and not when you are most active means people will be more likely to attack you when you are online.
expecially if you mail someone when you are normally offline who you plan to attack.

center main city will be good :)

I was wondering if anyone else has found going on the tech center is laggy and if you tap twice because nothing is loading then you end up upgrading a tech you dont want to.

could you make the upgrade button smaller, or put a confirmation thing there?

I understand about the coin thing, and haypi would rather have more money in the short run rather than more players and more money in the long run.

So im happy to drop the idea of a non coin world or reducing the effectiveness of coins. Or reducing the amount of coins you can use.
and everything else like that.

But lowering BP will still be a good idea, i have heard quite a few people suggest that.

Im sure it has been said somewhere that haypi will never die as long as pepople go in the chat, and haypi will not be blackmailed by people threatening to quit.

Putting 2 and 2 together you get.
option 5 blackmail haypi by saying you will never use chat ;)

Or do you want me to make a new thread about that?

I still bet if i had say 10,000 coins i could get to lv15 in a week.
choosing 10k is like saying infinate which i was talking about earlier.
As your not going to use 10k coins in a week, but it might be close.

I also havent seen much responce to this thread, is that becuase no one can be bothered to read this much or is it becuase im just right and no one can argue with me other than k2 who soon gave up and nathan05.

nathan are you anything to do with haypi staff?

and k2
are you any chance k2se7?

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

ok i think some of your suggestions are good. i like the easy scout option, and the multi delete for mail. and we are not argueing we are having a friendly discussion.
and people will always talk thats one of the things you cant stop. the game has increased in popularity and people are still buying coins even though so many clained they would stop. this is the way haypi is- when change comes everyione is negative till they get used to it.

PS i aint haypi staff
PPS - ending BP early is still a bad idea lol

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

Well you disagreeing on points, and im arguing and your arguing back, not in a bad way, in a good way :)

I have just noticed 2 other threads about organizing mails into folders or something, mine is just a similar idea.

Whats happening is your losing players, but players that stay are buying more coins becuase of the update to buy enhancements, it ballances out for haypi, but haypi is no doubt losing players.

i think you said somewhere that people will always spend more to be the best, no matter the cost.

I remember a story of the app called ruby it was just a black app that costed $500 and i think 4 people bought it and it was removed but that guy made $2k in that time.

Hell make all coins 500 times the price you will still get people buying coins

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

yes exactly, haypi's system of making money works, this is how they develop the game... it makes no difference people will continue to play no matter what they do. they may be losing players but they are making more money... this seems like a short termist attitude but they are getting new players into the game at a quicker rate than they are losing players

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

But surely it would be better to keep the old players and the new ones?

Make less money in the short run and more in the long run.

It nice to see that a haypi staff member has read the suggestion, just a post saying read would be nice :)
Thats mainly why i asked.

Oh yerr and trade reports map center, as you get a player who buys something off you, say like they buy 20k wood from you, then you realise that they are right next to you at a lower lv and that means that they have 20k wood and are online, all the information helps.
Or a nugget so you add them to favorites and wait for their promotion to lv4.

Would it be possible to have an expert at the beginning of the server?

for reasons like this.

please say if i should get rid of these, but as they are screenshots from the game i think i have done nothing wrong.

this went on for about 30 minutes before i went offline.

why not get someone to be a temp expert for a new server just 1 or 2 people. to cover 24 hours. Untill experts are nominated.

There is no point in banning their devices or their accounts, as there will always be those people. Just as there will always be people to buy coins :)

Aslo. where can i see new worlds comeing up and the time when they are able to join and if their settings are different?
and are worlds ever different other than pvp?

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

usualy an experienced expert is assigned to a new server if they have an account there to cover thee server till new experts are found.

please send all SS to support via kingdomsupport@haypi.com

there is only regular server and PVP server, it is unlikikely there will be different worlds with different settings.

thats the problem most business are short termist looking for quick profits, this is haypis decision to take this view so we just keep playing.

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

Sending my SS to support email will not achieve much, it has to go in suggestions, as it is a permanent issue, not something that can be fixed with a ban.

Re: My views/suggestions on haypi

it is a permenant issue and im sure they are looking for it but the short term solution is to send SS to support. when confronted with situations i wonder why support never thought of specifically moving experienced experts over to a new server, but oh well
