I would think there is already an in game clock, such as in the World Chat. Shows the date, and time.

there IS an ingame clock referencing all activity, it is run by GMT just for future reference
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Simple conversion. Add or subtract as many hours it shows in the table for your specific timezone for Haypi Time.
