New addition to the Tech Centre of an Engineer

Engineer Stats.

Attack = 50
Defence = 100
Speed = 350
Crops = 5

Engineer Role:
To infiltrate cities and bring back information regarding the Tech Lvls of Equipment and Technologies. The more engineers are sent the quicker the statistics are returned.

I don't know.......Doesn't seam to fit with the game....

Why do they need stats if all they do is infiltrate cities? And just assume people have max tech. Why would sending more engineers bring back info faster? This doesn't fit with haypi's style at all in my opinion
