Alliance Intro

How about having an alliance introduction without joining the alliance. Like when you click on the alliance in rank it comes up with a box with a brief description of whatever the leaders of the alliance want to put in there.

What happens if someone makes it inappropriate? In my opinion alliances should have no rules against language in ac, mail, intro.. If someone is offended they can leave, or ignore like I sometimes do xD

But you are saying people can read other alliances intro, allies and enemies get posted there, so people can sneak and stuff, and the people who complain when the alliance intro says one little bad word or something, and then they get reported and banned (probably wouldn't happen first offense) but still, it could happen

You obviously wouldn't put your allies and enemies in there just something that describes your alliance so the viewer can make a decision without joining the alliance.

yes but if the alliance intro is rude then it can be wrong or annoying, i dont like it you should just ask the leaders/vice

Ok fair enough. Many games have this and it is fine. Maybe Experts can have the option of banning the intro.

I like this Idea. Although I think it would be better if it was separate from the alliance announcement you see when you are in the alliance. Sort of like being able to permanently post your alliance ad and people can look at it whenever they want to without having to find an alliance member.

For offensive intros, it would be the same as an offensive alliance name...one would simply have to contact support and ask them to change it.

Personally, I would prefer an intro wherein you join an alliance, and in the message saying "X player is to accept you into alliance X," it would show below that the custom message that the alliance creator wants all new members to see.

Yes, that is what the original suggestion was. I was making a branch idea off of it based on my own opininon.

What I meant was it's not the same as the one in the alliance. Instead you click the alliance and a box pops up. Its completely seperate from ally announcements.
