Moveing citys

So we all know how annoying it is to have a high level port right beside you and wipe your army then port away... My idea is to force troops to walk to the new city that way someone will atleast a litte warning befor being attacked.

People will still pay to
Move and less people will get angry about being whipped

troops do have to walk to the city it depends on travelling time and the units moved as to how much warning you get
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

I think he means the troops have to walk from the original location to the new location, which i know won't be implemented, because there is no point in warping (if that is what you meant), which would make Haypi lose money

I definitely wouldn't port/warp anymore if this was implemented, because what's the point in using 20 coins when it'll still take your troops the same time, if not more, to reach it?

This system would be quite unfair. If high levels who spend money to improve their gameplay cannot use this well-known method of gaining prestige as effectively, then it's not fair for them. Part of your general Haypi strategy should be to not leave your troops in your city and therefore not give anybody the opportunity to quickly kill you.
