Suggestion on rules and experts

I would like to suggest a rule be put into place requiring experts to use the word warning when giving warnings, I have seen many times when people are muted without apparent warning and when the expert points outthe warning it is either very vague or looks more like a threat. Experts are supposed to be helpful not threatening. Also I have noticed some insta mutes going on for certain "repeat offenders" which is wrong, I was lead to believe insta mutes were frowned upon and even against the rules of being an expert. I would like this to be seriously reviewed by the staff and support of Haypi Kingdom as this is a serious issue.

- All experts give warnings - they can be in different contexts... I do it myself and everyone seems to understand it clearly enough to take it as a warning - it's only the people who LIKE to cause experts HASSLE who bring up a fire about warnings 'not being issued'... It should be clear enough when a warning is issued and when a warning is not issued

Well these shouldn't be happening... but they do - and we can't avoid it - next time SS it and report it - unless the expert has apologized on WC and admitted it was him - because i've done it myself... accidently - it happens, it's a mistake - just proves we're human.

Am I the only one who laughs when people put "Very active" in their signature next to their name?

Insta-mutes CAN be given to repeat offenders, aka the ones who TRY and bug the experts and get muted just to rile them up. And I feel even the insta-mute should only be for extremely bad stuff, not for the first time of avoiding the filter or something little like that

Then report me to support and strip me of my expert status.

Re: Suggestion on rules and experts

Point is...
We're supposed to be keeping the vulgarity to a minimum - IF we were allowed to inta mute then there would be so much corruption in the system.
But I don't see a problem with insta-muting a repeat offender - with a legitimate reason (aforementioned...) - because by the time its gotten to a point where I have to instamute a repeat offender - i've already requested a chat ban - this has happened a few times...

Re: Suggestion on rules and experts

Exactly chat bans should be implemented not instamutings. Even repeat offenders deserve a second chance
