3.0 and alliance war stats

1st off - fix all the bugs in 3.0, that takes priority, after that we can move to other things
I was thinking that like how every player has skills and attributes, an alliance should too. I'm not a huge fan of the wars being fought with basic stats. So I was thinking we could have for attributes:
---Attack - 1% per point added (instead of .5% like general title)
---Defense - 1% per point added (instead of .5% like general title)
---Speed - just like general title (1% per point)
---Luck - whatever the formula haypi has for double power attacks. Double it
The alliances are given 50 base points to start with and they can gain maybe 10 per level? Open to change here, because I don't know how many points should be given
There would be no horse/manual/armor/sword/ring
However, there would be alliance tech. This is just like each persons indivual tech, except it wouldn't have resource levels. I'd go with multiplying the amount of money needed to raise tech by 10, aka add a 0 to everything
This means im open to turrets/traps able to be made in a mine. Turrets/traps would be made using 10x the normal resource and people as it would in a normal city, and you can upgrade them etc (all turrets/traps will also have 10x the attack they do in normal cities)
I'm thinking we need some skills too
---Heal - same as general title (2% per level)
---Hidden attack - same as general title (3% per level) ... I'm assuming when attacked by alliances you are SUPPOSED to see the army size of the attacker, and it's a glitch which is why you can't. So then hidden attack hides army
---Fast feet - NEW - chance of attack landing in half the normal time of 15 min (5% per level)*
---Double Donation - NEW - chance of your donation to the alliance being doubled (whether it's resources, coins, money etc...1% per level)*
---Sticky troops - NEW - chance of the defending alliance not being able to add or take away troops from the mine (1% per level)*
Each alliance could start off with 20 skill points, and gain more as the level up
It would take 100 coins to reset these skills/attributes, and only vices/leaders can alter them
*These are just random ideas, and could be replaced by better ones, I just wanted to make 5 so it would look like the players skills
