Grand Haypi Expansion!

The Grand Haypi Kingdom Update!

1) This section concerns the main building and warehouse expansion. The aim here is for the higher levels to have a better advantage, because we all hate running out of people to build troops, and filling up on too many resources from 1 farm...

Each calculation has been done by adding 10% - with the same amount of coins you'd use for 15-20 resource upgrades. By making sure we have a level cap for each upgrade, we won't see level 3's with level 25 main buildings and warehouses

Times will be consecutive to the 15-20 upgrades of resources.

2) This section will be talking about technology. Something useful we can use our money on.

Reserves:
Reserves will be an army we can use to help us "Lift off our feet" when we get wiped. The reserves will consume no crop, and can only be used when you have (allowed troops in storage) > X of a troop.
To enable storage in the reserves, tap "barracks" then a small button on the top left will say "reserves" - here you store troops.
They will be withdrawn when you want.

Upgrading:
Upgrading increases the amount of reserves you can hold.

The costs will be the same as turrets:

1000 - 500 of X amount of troop - level 8
2000 - 600 of X amount of troop - level 10
4000 - 700 of X amount of troop - level 12
8000 - 800 of X amount of troop - level 13
16000 - 1000 of X amount of troop - level 14
32000 - 1200 of X amount of troop - level 15
64000 - 1300 of X amount of troop - level 16
128000 - 1400 of X amount of each troop - level 17
256000 - 1500 of X amount of each troop - level 18
512000 - 2000 of X amount of each troop - level 19

3) Mail box

This has been suggested many times but I may as well throw this in.

There needs to be a toggle to stop alliance trade reports and war reports going to players. We should be able to toggle options along the lines of this:

- Alliance has lost troops
- Alliance has gained prestige
- Alliance has been attacked

normal players should not receive reports from:
- Alliance trade reports

The trade reports should only go to the vice and leader, seeming as they are the only ones who can buy resources.

There should be an option to sticky important mail such as mini guides and helpful hints, or even starving locations.

With the system reports for the player themselves, we should have a separate mailbox for:
- war report
- scout report
- starve report
- lost oasis report
- market report

And the other mail box should simply contain mail from players and alliance letters.

4) This section covers alliance wars.

- Pinning needs to stop. Alliance wars has become very boring with constant pinning.

To solve this:
Each alliance can only attack an alliance 5 times a day. You may ask yourself, "they can just disban and create a new alliance and attack again"

Solution: Players in the alliance are restricted as players, not alliances.

Sadly, players can just create an alliance and have 1 alt in each alliance.

To counter this, the cost to make an alliance should increase to 100k, leaving it for the dedicated leaders to run. This price may sound harsh but it will play it's fair share in stopping this.

Alliance wars needs a new shine, right now it's "most cats win" - there needs to be strategy. There is a suggestion in another thread which can be found (here)

5) This section covers the map.

The old Haypi players get really bored of just scouting for prestige, and opening an empty war report.
For the older players, I have come up with a new technique of scouting. This involves scouting and discovering if a city has troops on screen at the cost of coins (for this perk). When a players receives the "scout successfully" notice, a message will also appear saying "there are troops" or "there are no troops" in the city.

This perk will come as this:
Enhanced scout - 5 coins 1 week
Enhanced scout - 20 coins 1 month
Enhanced scout - 40 coins 3 months

6) Hunting shards and daily tasks.

Hunting shards:

These will be unique items which the player can use to help themselves. They will be stored in the treasure UI and used with hunts to reap double to loot. Hunting shards must be combined into 4 pieces to make the hunting diamond - which can be used in a selected hunt.
I.e I hunt 10k, I receive 20k because I used a hunting diamond

Hunting shards can ONLY be reaped by hunting. Haypi can always add this into their hunting formula ;)

Hunting diamonds can be used 4 times before they disintegrate. The NPC price of a hunting shard is 20,000 and the NPC price of a hunting diamond is 100,000 (not 80,000)

To combine hunting shards together, you must have:
300,000 wood, crop, iron, and stone
20,000 money
0 coin


Daily task:

Haypi tends to get too repetitive when you are doing the same thing over and over. We need daily tasks to help reap resources, and civilians. Civilians are more important, I have used resources for the lower players.
Here are some suggested tasks:

Earn 10,000 prestige in 12 hours - 2,000 civilians
Reap over 400,000 resources in 1 attack - 500 civilians
Gain 5,000 prestige in 1 attack - 200,000 of each resource
Attack a player who is 30 minutes away from you, and steal 100,000 resources - 10,000 money

These are only examples!

Tasks can go beyond your imagination. Tasks such as the first one suggested will have a "start" timer, so you decide when you want to begin the task.

The tasks will reset once every 24 hours, and only 5 can be done daily.

i know its unfinished but 100k for an alliance means that on newer servers alliances wont exist for at least a week or so while money is built up, maybe it could be a 2k deposit and before the alliance can be disbanded the othher 98k must be payed
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

I agree with the mail idea. Allie war needs more startagy into it. But maybe more levels to the game is better than putting more upgrade levels Or hk should increase resources price to make it harder to upgrade so people won't finish fast

Good thinking for the mainbuilding, but if warehouse storage was increased then it would make higher lvl players have an advantage and farming would become very dry as players will try to fill up their max coin lvled warehouses to produce very large numbers of troops that's combined in terms with the main building. But everything else is good although we need to figure out some new way for alliance wars bc yes it is just a most cats wins/race.
