Recruit Chat

Hey, I and probably many others would be happy if you could make a "Recruit Chat" for guys who has alliance ads. Where people without alliances can go and find an alliance who is looking for an alliance can go. Then we who don't want ads, could skip looking at ads:) It weird that no one has requested this yet, at least my search didn't find anything. And of course, there is a cooldown on the chat. So no one can spam their alliance all the time.
