Password Recovery

I think that there should be a question asked when starting your account that only that person would know eg.Pets name etc. and when wanting to change the password and/or recover password you need to answer the question. As this I think would make it a bit more secure.

Thanks

Re: Password Recovery

a security question would be good as it would stop people who remove most of the account stealing as stealers would need to know the anwer to the security question
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Password Recovery

That's a great idea :)

People could still trash your account and get rid of everything, but at least youl have an account ;) lol

Re: Password Recovery

Good idea... there should also be a security question change as well.
Possibly have maybe 3 and answer 2 correctly for password? 1 would be slightly insecure (since most family members can easily hack accounts, or friends) and 2/3 would be better for the owner of the account so that if they forget 1 there's 2 left.
Just a thought.

Re: Password Recovery

No, I don't think we need 3 questions.

1 is good enough. If you are really worried about your family hacking your account than you've got some problems. But you can always choose to ask a question that your family doesn't know :p

Re: Password Recovery

3 questions may work but easy to forget so i reckon 1. And yes i was saying a password change question aswell (probably same thing).

Re: Password Recovery

I meant you have to answer 2/3 of the recovery questions not all 3 since it's easy to forget 1
