Haypi News

One of the things that I think is lacking in Haypi is: Communication to the players

Basically, I would like to see the News about Haypi Kingdom thread become more active.

So, take the Haypi News thread, delete all the threads or move them(clean up), lock it, and start posting(No, they wouldn't lock the threads, like Expert Nominations).

The main thing that I would like to see posted is what Haypi is currently working on, the progress of those items, and maybe estimated release dates.

Also, Start bringing back threads like this, just small updates on what is happening within Haypi.

Feel free to suggest what else you would like to see them post.

Re: Haypi News

This is essential... support's communication with the players is close to nonexistent

Re: Haypi News

ive been playing for a good while and I have never gotten info back about a question about whats coming. or a suggestion I have made.
i know there are a ton of players but I think that they need to communicate better as sky said.
great idea.

Re: Haypi News

absolutely fantastic suggestion, there are now plenty of support who use the forum regularly to make this possible
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Haypi News

I liked those updates...

Maybe a week by week of what they did in it? Even them saying "We continued to develop Haypi Adventure and are fixing the map bug in Haypi Kingdom, while we expect Haypi Thunderball to be released this week"

That communication takes almost no time, but it makes customers SOOO much more happy and they feel appreciated
