This has been suggested many times and is currently out of the question do to possibility of abuse.

No. The way it is right now someone would have to put something at min then log in with the other acct and buy it, And by the time they do that it would be gone.

Yes there is no way of stopping all abuse but you shouldn't make it easy should you?
