Alliance deplomacy

I think that we should add the option of alliance deplomacy, so that users can easily tell what alliance is at war with who. Also there should be a way to tell who is friendly or neutral. Please get back with your thoughts.

What if people wanted to have a secret war? and also this can drag other alliances into wars that don't need to be in wars.

One should be able to mangage their own allies and enemies by themselves in my opinion. If not, then stay in contact with your leader and vices more and talk in wc to figure out whos friendly or not.

In my original statement I said that it would be nice to have the option I don't think that all wars should be declared to all users either. Thank you for your feedback
