Clan (Alliance) Tags

I know clan tags have been proposed before, but I have something to add to it, so I made another thread.

Alliance leaders pick an alphanumeric tag of a maximum of 3 characters. This tag goes - in brackets - right before all the members' usernames.

Example: [V]ledemigod
[TP]st4rgrl
[I]Erratic
.........

What think the people?

You mean different ranks?

No. It's just letters and/or numbers that go before a person's username.

I think I like this Idea. I always wonder who is in what alliance in WC

Perhaps just a superscript to the right of a person's name like you see with VIPs, Experts, and PVP people.

But then we'll have:

Expert | Da Alliance |(crown)123

`````````Billy-Bob

Sorry that it's messed up, just picture the stuff as being placed to the right and a little above the name. Anyways, it would be a mouthful!

I like the idea. I agree, it would give an idea as to who is from what alliance.
Example is like that in the XBOX 360 community. People who join gaming clans/groups, will add a few letter to either the front or end of their gamertag to designate that they belong to an organized group. Mostly used in FPS and racing games along with MMOs too.

Maybe the leader of the alliance could change it in alliance management.

but if two alliances had similar names and what would they do? first one gets it? its not a big deal but still, it might make some ppl frustrated
