Chat ban suggestions

So recently i got a 30 day chat ban, im not debating that i didnt deserve it but i wanted to suggest a possible change. Experts are required to moderate world chat, not alliance chat. So why should bans also not allow us to use our alliance chat?
I am an extremely social player, in fact the only reason i still play is because of the people ive gotten to know. However i still have 25 days or so left in this ban and ive gone from playing 3-5 hours a day to a little under 10 min. I also dont feel the need to buy coins cause hey, i dont need to speed up anything if im not playing. I know its mainly experts who use the forum so i dont expect a huge rush of support on my suggestion but since im not spending my time on haypi kindom playing ive got plenty of time for a suggestion
