Mine wars

Just an idea, if the leader or vice of an alliance is in war refuse, he/she shouldn't be able to attack another alliance's mine. It gets really annoying when players ( preferably Chinese members) wr for so long and attack mines when we can't attack them. Plus its "war refuse" so letting them do mine wars kinda defeats the purpose.

It just annoys me when we try to attack an alliance's members (preferably the leaders) and they're wr but yet they still sweep all the mines. I strongly enfore a change lol

Mine wars and Player wars are two entirely different aspects of the game.

If a players chooses to be on war refuse, it shouldn't stop them participating in Mine wars within there alliance.
