City Design/Layout
I don't think this is posted anywhere else (correct me if I'm mistaken), but I think it would be neat if the developers created more than one city design.
There are a few possibilities with this:
1) Have maybe 3 or 4 different designs and have them be randomly assigned to cities.
2) Have 3 or 4 designs that the player could choose between when they build a city
3) Make city design changeable (costing the player coins).
I'd would just like to see a little diversity between my different cities instead of them looking the exact same.
