A new rule to clean chat

I know there is a rule about 5 minutes between allience ads but I thought of 2 more rules. One if there is one ad with in sight withought scrolling u can't put up another ad. And 2 there should be a max langth for an ad because chats are getting very coveted with allience spam.

Ads are restricted to 5 minutes per Alliance not only due to possible spam, but due to the extended information included in them.

There is another thread in the suggestions forums regarding limiting ads to 5 lines per Alliance per 5 minutes.

There should be a limit on how many letters you can type per post on chat, that solve the long alliance adds and cut down on people posting songs and other copy and pasted items that take up alot of chat space.

that kinda why there was a suggestion to make alliance adds only 5 lines....
