Scouting lower levels

I think if you have level 10 scout you should be able to scout people who are a lower level. It's pretty vague and would definitely lead to more battles which in my opinion would be a good thing.

hmm...I don't think this suggestion is reasonable. What if the lower level was working hard to get L10 scout? And was able to obtain it much faster than you? I wouldn't be happy if I was still at a disadvantage. Also, scouting doesn't really mean anything, cause you don't need exact info if you know what 'scores of' ect all means

You can scout ppl that are a lower lvl, you just can't see there stats. I strongly disagree with what you are trying to say though.
